Challenge
We worked with LGIM Real Assets to create a brand vision, identity and design strategy for their new hybrid,
co-working concept, Foundry. It was important to create a community brand that will host and cultivate communities of interest across a diverse spectrum of sectors.
Approach
Portland’s future insights were used to future-proof the customer experience and the commercial proposition across all of the Foundry customer touchpoints. Working with parent company, Perkins & Will, we developed the co-workspaces of the project so that work settings amplified the localisation and community experience DNA of the Foundry brand. Spread over two floors, it offers a range of office spaces that can be rented by day/week/month for working, selling or hosting.
Results
The concept gives LGIM Real Assets a new commercial typology that will help to drive footfall, build engagement and generate revenues at venues that may be difficult to lease with traditional commercial tenants across their retail and leisure portfolio.
