Challenge

To define a commercial mix, public realm activation and user audience experience strategy that enables the seamless evolution from an Olympic Village to a compelling Olympic legacy blended-use, urban development – one that forms a new, vibrant quarter for both the extended masterplan and its locality.

Approach

Working closely with the project and client team via interactive workshops, our commercial thinking and design vision has been embedded in the masterplanning, brand guidelines and public realm strategy.

Result

We have helped to develop a unique proposition and consumer destination for COIMA, one that is intuitive with a blend of experiences that creates a sense of discovery and defines an authentic spirit of place.
