Challenge

As part of its major re-development programme and to enhance and complement the customer experience, a new signage and wayfinding strategy was needed for this 140,000 sqm regional shopping venue.

Approach

Working alongside BDP architects, our involvement spanned defining a new signage strategy for the new redevelopment, international benchmarking and the design of all interior and exterior signage that helped transform the dated and sterile mall into a shopper-friendly and interactive experience.

Result

We created a new suite of signs that combined defined districting environmental materiality and opportunities for dynamic screens with cross-campus imagery, events and activities.
